Operations Analyst I - Escheatment

About the Role:

Responsible for supporting leadership, managing data and reporting, problem solving, and implementing goal-oriented strategies.

What You Will Do:

• Reformulate policies and adjust logistics
• Streamline operations through researching efficiencies and problem solving
• Work with Operations management to provide data support, quantification, and reporting
• Create broad analytics for the departments supported
• Solve complex issues both independently and collaboratively
• Work with various departments within the Company through project management
• Perform review of zero out and due diligence files
• Reconcile escheatment GL and DDA accounts
• Review and approve refund requests from customer service
• Assist with completion of state filing forms
• Represent Escheatment in various meetings
• Other Duties as Assigned 

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires less than one year of related experience.

Salary range:  $14.61 hourly – $24.65 hourly

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
