Job description:
We are seeking an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in working with High Technology sector clients and managing large-scale projects and engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering projects with budgets of at least $50 million. The ideal candidate must have experience in Microsoft product groups mainly around Cloud+AI, Dynamics, M365, Office and Teams. Someone who has run engagements in these groups and understands the space and Microsoft behavior.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale engineering projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in engineering and project management.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the technology industry.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects with budgets of at least $50 million.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and experience working with High Technology sector clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree.
