Field Package Sales Events Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Field Package Sales Events Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to plan and execute sales events in various field locations to promote our packages and services. The Field Package Sales Events Coordinator will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful event outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills are a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Prepares Performances/Contracts for review and approval.
• Contact venues, malls, events, and negotiate contracts.
• Identifies new opportunities with new locations and events.
• Manages relationships with venues, malls, and events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
