Job Summary: The Senior Service Center Coordinator role is responsible for being a key liaison between Sales and the Distribution Center but are not limited to essential responsibilities below.
Essential Responsibilities:
Managing customer inquiries, order entry, tracking, delivery status updates, outbound/inbound communication, product information, and ad‑hoc product‑related support.
Prioritizing customer purchase orders and coordinating supply; assisting the DC Manager with order prioritization.
End‑to‑end sales order management (including cross‑border orders, one‑time deliveries, invoicing) and end‑to‑end return order management.
Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated or complex customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints.
Identifying potential new customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, and follow‑up on leads.
Coordinating projects and driving implementation with internal collaborators locally, regionally, and globally.
Cooperating with the Distribution Center team to ensure alignment and best‑practice execution across the organization.
Training peers and providing advisory support to colleagues.
Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions; ensuring adherence to local and global compliance rules when handling orders.
Participating in governance activities, including adherence to company policies, financial audits, and ISO audits.
Identifying, initiating, and researching process improvements; driving optimization of processes, tools, and procedures.
Driving implementation of automation and digital tools.
Documenting processes, tools, and instructions in collaboration with the SOP Manager and BPO.
Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by following company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Performing general tasks related to the above functions, as required to support business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Retail setting i.e. Paint Stores
