Job Description
The Senior Partner – Talent Management & Learning reports to the Head of Talent Management & Learning for the Nexi Group, which is part of Talent COE
The role holds the overall responsibility for the scoping and work done in the digital learning space (including strategic ownership of our learning platform), design and implementation of training and leadership programmes across Nexi Group, support in upskilling projects across the business, and the process and dynamics around mandatory trainings.
The role also includes the design and delivery of all the Talent Management programmes: Performance Evaluation, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Key Position mapping.
We are looking for a senior professional who has gained significant experience in HR development and has the capacity to work at the intersection between strategizing and operationalising within a complex and international environment.
Key expectations on the role:
- Design and develop corporate leadership and talent programmes
- Cooperate with different business areas around the upskilling agenda and design programmes and learning paths accordingly (whether that be tech skills, soft skills, etc.)
- Own and lead the project around a new joint learning platform for the entire Nexi Group (ensuring fit-for-purpose content, communicating clear learning philosophy and strategies, establishing plans for how to drive engagement, learner marketing plans, planning how to engage and enable SMEs to provide content for the platform, etc.)
- Act as facilitator and coach on key development programmes
- Promote a continuous growth and learning agenda across the Nexi Group
- Able to manage the process around mandatory training – ensuring clear guidelines on ownership and accountability around design/development of content, making content available, monitoring and reporting on status/progression, follow-up (including liaising with key stakeholders like SMEs, business owners, HRBP’s, etc.)
- Support the alignment between learning and development initiatives with culture, change, performance and other HR initiatives; cooperating with the relevant teams and functions
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience working within the fields of learning, talent and development
- Strong capabilities in designing complex training programs, building on knowledge and understanding of core training methodologies and development tools
- Knowledge of and experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning
- Great facilitation and coaching skills
- Familiar with the dynamics of mandatory trainings in an international context
- Past experiences within a complex and international environment
- Good level of English proficiency in both oral and writing
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not a necessity.
