Job Type: Full-Time 

Job  Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Quality Assurance Associate to manage and audit our eBay inventory, listings, and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with eBay or similar eCommerce platforms, as well as an eye for catching errors in data, listings, and stock discrepancies. This role involves regular inventory audits and assisting with reviewing listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with department standards and marketplace requirements. This is a single, first shift operation Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm and Fri 7am-1:30pm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • eBay Inventory Auditing: Regularly review eBay inventory for accuracy by cross-checking physical stock with eBay listings. Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure stock levels are correct and listings reflect the available inventory.
  • eBay Listing Audits: Review product listings for accuracy in descriptions, titles, photos, and pricing. Ensure that all listings are SEO and comply with eBay’s policies.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Assist in routine inventory reconciliation, ensuring that stock counts align with system records. Prepare detailed reports for management to review after each audit.

Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly audit reports outlining findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken. Provide insights for improving inventory management and listing accuracy.  

  • Previous experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably with eBay or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office 365 (or Google Sheets).
  • Prior experience in inventory management, stock control or quality control.
  • Experience performing stock audits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with the team.
  • Problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and implement solutions.

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.27 an hour
