The Opportunity:

As part of our Global Sephora Tech Team, the Enterprise Services team has been recently created to manage the Governance of Enterprise Services which covers solutions for Supply Chain, Finance, Assortment, HR, Master Data and Retail Operations. This team oversees complex, global, transversal programs, coordinating both Business and Tech teams to support Sephora's IT & Digital transformation in an omnichannel and international context. Sephora has an Omnichannel Core Model bringing together Front Office applications (Store collection, CRM, ecommerce, etc.) and Back Office applications (SAP, Demand Management, BI, etc.) with presence in 40 countries. As part of its IT & Digital Worldwide transformation and in order to enable cross-regional synergies (process, speed and cost) by sharing the same ERP, Sephora has decided to migrate its SAP ECC 6 Core Model to the new S/4 Hana version. This ambitious 5-year roadmap includes our 4 regions (Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America) and our private-label brand Sephora Collection with the creation of a "testing factory", the implementation of data migration processes and tools and the review of documentation around business processes. The main mission of the Senior Program Manager is to deliver the Roadmap for the deployment of S/4 Hana globally, including integration with third-party systems in all regions. The initial focus will specifically be on North America (US & Canada). As this region represents a large part of our business, this is a truly exciting challenge to have meaningful impact and bring value to Sephora.

• Ensure overall IT governance of SAP S/4 Hana deployment projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices provided by the global leadership team.
• Manage the Roll Out of the new Core Model S/4 Hana in the US according to the established roadmap as well as the opening of new countries in an omnichannel and international environment: definition of projects, governance, deliverables, follow-up of action plans, etc.
• Manage the different project phases (Project preparation, design, implementation, solution testing (IT and user), data recovery, Go Live and Go Live support).
• Coordinate the various IT teams (internal and external) in an international context.
• Assist Sephora’s "Business" Departments in the project management of information system projects.
• Manage our IT partners involved in the implementation of the projects.
• Connect with Senior Leadership (CxO) in US/CA as well as with Global function head to facilitate decision making and the resolution of escalation.
• The position is based in the US and reports to the Program Director based in Neuilly, Paris area (France). Few weeks of onboarding to the core model will be organized in France at the beginning to become familiar with the Core Model and frequent travels to Europe will be necessary to be updated on progress of the different global solutions.
