Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Global Operations Lead and takes responsibility for the development and implementation of appropriate operational processes and reporting's. Responsibilities include developing structures / processes, reporting and tasks related to operations for the Global Mission Critical Facilities Team. This position requires 3-5 days in the office as coordinated with the Regional Lead.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement appropriate operational processes and reporting’s within the Global Mission Critical Facilities program
  • Manage operational activities (asset management, preventive maintenance, procedures, etc.)
  • Lead the ISO 55001 Asset Management program globally. Facilitate internal and external audits. To drive ISO quality management standards.
  • Regular communication with Regional Leads and relevant global real estate stakeholders
  • Coordination with regional operations teams to ensure that operational procedures are aligned globally
  • Coordination of the regional Finance teams to ensure operating and capital expense plans are aligned with asset replacements and upgrades.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as required
  • Ensure that all operational documents are maintained, regularly controlled and stored in the appropriate repository.
  • Support the Global operations lead in day-to-day operations tasks
  • Support the Global Engineering lead in day-to-day responsibilities and ad hoc projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the improvement and development of process/ standards/ reports
  • regional programs, processes, operations, engineering service specifications KPI's and KPC's
  • Support the Global Operations lead with operations and maintenance activities are performed to agreed standards
  • Oversight is performed via Management Forums and Regional Operating Forums to support the Global Lead
  • Coordinate materials for the Operating Management Forum
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement related to operations and GOC
  • Manage and support 3rd party audits within regions as needed. Ensure the audits are included in budget.
  • Provide support to the GOC lead ensuring that associated documentation related to Operations is current, accurate and available
  • Support audit evidence collection and presentation development for evidence requests
  • Assist with maintaining a sustainable risk program by appropriately detecting, assessing, remediating and operating operational risks
  • Provide oversight in documenting program performance and oversight of administration for open risks
  • Deployment planning and organization for the execution of internal and external risk assessments
  • Responsible for implementation of all engineering activities on critical assets and building in accordance with frameworks and requirements

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $141,950.00 - $167,000.00
