- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and software systems.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.
- Organize and maintain electronic records in a manner that is accessible and secure.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Review data for completeness and follow up with relevant teams to clarify discrepancies.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure the safety and security of all entered information.

Technical Skills: Proficient with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools. Data Management: Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets. Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information.
