Are you an experienced Intelligence Analyst who enjoys conducting web-based research and producing analytic reports, briefings, and tactical alerts in a fast-paced, product-driven environment while being a part of a global team that covers all corners of the world?

As a member of the Physical Security Intelligence team, you will support customers across a wide array of industries, providing intelligence for executive protection, crisis management, natural disaster response, crime analysis, and emergency action planning.

We have a role for you if

  • You have worked as an analyst in an intelligence unit (government or law enforcement), trust and safety team, or private-sector physical, corporate, or executive security operations. 

  • Foreign language: Spanish and Portuguese, written and spoken—full professional proficiency or native (C1/C2). Required skill. Creole or additional languages preferred.

  • Experience in counternarcotics, counter-human trafficking, or violent criminal organizations in Latin America.

  • You have an in-depth understanding of social and political movements in Latin America and their effects on extremism, crime, and geopolitics.

  • You have a strong understanding or knowledge of extremist and/or criminal real-world and online TTPs, underground slang, and operations.

  • You can navigate, pivot, and use link analysis to identify threats across multiple social media platforms.

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills: You possess a meticulous approach to work, enabling you to effectively manage information, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. This includes the ability to:

    • Take clear, concise, and comprehensive notes during meetings and discussions, capturing key decisions, action items, and relevant details.

    • Synthesize complex information and translate it into easily digestible formats, such as well-structured notes, organized spreadsheets, or concise summaries.

    • Proactively anticipate needs and prepare materials in advance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • This role requires someone who can act as a reliable hub of information, ensuring that critical details are captured, organized, and readily accessible to the team.

  • You monitor current events and news.

  • You possess the ability to operate in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

  • You can operate semi-autonomously to conduct collection operations, create solutions, and support intelligence production following standard operating procedures and operational security protocols.

  • You possess a high level of motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to be a self-starter and learn new skills.

  • You have strong communication skills and are willing to use these skills to communicate ideas, findings, and analyses to wider audiences.

  • You have the flexibility to cover occasional weekend or holiday on-call requests.

  • You are comfortable working in a fully-remote position. 

What you will get to do on our team

  • Review and leverage our proprietary tools, internal data sources, and external tools to synthesize data and enhance analysis/alerting services for our clients' operational needs.

  • Interact with our internal teams and customers to produce concise, written analysis and/or visual presentation of findings to help proactively identify threats to reduce risk to client businesses, networks, and operations.

  • Develop intelligence deliverables for a trust and safety team or physical threat intelligence organization, including military, law enforcement, intelligence community, or commercial.

  • Quickly understand and deliver company and customer intelligence requirements.

  • Write high-quality tactical and strategic assessments to inform the risk intelligence decision-making process. 

  • Synthesize raw data to identify the credibility
