High Speed Press Shop Operator

Rotherwood Recruitment is recruiting for a High Speed Press Shop Operator to join a busy manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is mechanically minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 6:30am – 4:30pm Key Responsibilities: Operate high speed press machinery safely and efficiently Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met Carry out basic machine checks and maintenance Work to production targets and deadlines Maintain a clean and organised work area Follow all health & safety procedures Requirements: Mechanically minded with a practical approach Previous press or machine operating experience (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Additional Information: Own transport is preferred due to early start time and location What We’re Looking For: A dependable and hardworking individual Someone with a proactive, “can-do” attitude A team player willing to learn and develop
