The Medical Malpractice Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex case-load of cases from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. This is an opportunity to join an established practice group and one of our top producing teams. This position would sit in our Los Angeles office.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Day-to-day handling of medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Guide clients through the case process</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances and trial</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Law degree from a fully accredited law school</li> <li>An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association</li> <li>Minimum 5+ years of medical malpractice experience, preferably Plaintiff</li> <li>Ability to manage high volume</li> <li>Excellent client service and communication skills</li> <li>Self-starter driven by long-term career goals</li> <li>Superior writing and oral advocacy skills</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;">#LI-SC1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$300,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits</str
