About the role

As our Superintendent, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations on active job sites to deliver safe, high‑quality projects on schedule. In this role, you will direct daily activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, run site meetings, enforce safety and quality standards, and keep work moving efficiently in alignment with the project plan.   You will collaborate closely with project managers, foremen, trade partners, and inspectors to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. You’ll maintain a clean, organized site; track progress; resolve field issues quickly; and communicate clearly with the project team to protect schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.   Experienced superintendents may lead multiple phases, mentor assistant superintendents, contribute to look‑ahead planning, and support continuous improvement in field execution and safety culture.   Successful superintendents in this role are hands‑on leaders who prioritize safety, coordination, communication, and proactive problem‑solving in a fast‑paced construction environment.
With extensive experience in healthcare and occupied‑space construction, our Superintendent ensures full compliance with ICRA, ILSM, Joint Commission standards, and all regulatory requirements.
