That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Senior Defense Officials working on next-generation Microelectronics strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to understand and track project status, actions, milestones, and schedules, and drive policy actions and recommendations.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Analyst, Executive Assistant, Schedule Manager, or Action Officer
• 5+ years of experience with supporting Senior Defense Officials in a programmatic or action-tracking role
• Ability to perform a broad range of programmatic support activities, including maintaining schedules, tracking actions, capturing meeting minutes, and maintaining status on project milestones and technical progress
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with Project Management and associated tools
• Experience working in the Pentagon in a staff, programmatic, or action officer role
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including typing skills

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
