Radiologic Technologist - Mount Sinai Brooklyn - 0.4 fte part-time night

To perform radiographic examinations on patients referred by physicians in accordance with Radiology protocols. Provide leadership in the absence of a supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Duties include: (but not limited to) perform radiologic examinations on patients referred by physicians in accordance with radiologic protocols.  
• Must be competent routine diagnostic, operating room, and portables.  
• Must be able to evaluate radiographs for technical acceptability. 
• Must be comfortable working in an Emergency Department setting.
• Other duties as assigned; complete Patient Satisfaction is our Primary Goal

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology
• NY State License and registration certificate in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT certification in diagnostic radiology, good standing in ASRT
• BLS certification 
• 1 years minimum experience, including OR procedures and portables
• Proficiency in Fluoroscopic / portable radiology / OR procedures
• Knowledge of McKesson PACs and image cast Radiology Information systems (RIS)
• Experience in digital & computed radiography

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $37.93 - $50.51 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
