Junior Buyer for External Brands at H&M Beauty

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Buyer with a passion for Beauty and strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.    

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

In this role, you’ll support the team with admin and data related tasks to help build a strong external beauty assortment. You’ll work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure accurate information, smooth processes, and well-organized workflows. You’ll need great attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for beauty. 

Main responsibilities include: 

• Support the buyer with assortment admin and product data handling 

• Manage product information and timelines with accuracy and attention to detail 

• Coordinate campaign briefs, product samples, and invoicing 

• Work extensively in systems and tools, especially Excel 

• Track and update partner and product information in internal platforms 

• Competitor insights and market research: Keep track of the beauty industry, market trends and competitor’s campaigns and pricing.      

• Keep the timelines both internally and towards our partners.   

• Participate in projects and ad hoc assignments when needed

• Are flexible and a strong team player   

• Excellent skills in Excel, office 365 and other planning tools   

• Excellent skills in English both in writing and orally

This is a full time permanent position, based in Stockholm city center with a starting date as soon as possible.
