Data & Insight Analyst (ZR_20840_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Collect, clean and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights across fleet and network operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  
• Create, maintain and utilise statistical methods and models to conduct scenario testing and forecasting to support decision making on fleet deployment, network optimisation and asset placement / utilisation.
  
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across cross functional teams to translate business challenges into data insights and actionable recommendations and initiatives.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards and visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) across networked operations and third party vendors to help drive decision making and action.
  
• Present findings, recommendations and insights to various stakeholders in a clear and data driven manner focusing on clear insights, actions and outcomes.
  
• Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis to support decision making processes and project development / delivery.
  
• Review and analyse initial implementation effectiveness, overall impact of change, efficiency and outcomes and collaboratively identify strategies and opportunities for improvement (efficiency gain, cost effectiveness, profitability impact).
  
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across analytical and transformational initiatives.
  
• Ensure stakeholders are provided with critical benefit and cost models to inform and drive action across transformational initiatives.
  

• Leverage your knowledge and experience in reporting and analytics to improve reporting processes and efficiencies across the organisation.
  
• Identify opportunities to leverage best practices and emerging technologies to improve analytical insights, scenario / forecasting accuracy and operational outcomes.
  
• Automate data extraction, transformation and reporting processes to improve the efficiency of reporting.
  
• Support in the evaluation of new technologies to ensure they meet and exceed capabilities linked to the company's ability to generate data insights and outcomes.
  

• Collaborate and support the ongoing tracking & reporting of transformation initiatives.
  
• Support the ongoing tracking and reporting of outside supplier development costs linked to transformational initiatives.
  

• Identify and drive initiatives to enhance the overall capability of the company’s network and fleet productivity.
  
• Develop trusting relationships and maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders within the organisation.
  

• Responsible for incident and hazard identification and reporting within the working environment.
  
• Responsible for ensuring and upholding awareness of COR principles.
  
• Demonstrating safety leadership by ensuring work practices and a team culture with safety and wellbeing front of mind.
  
• Familiarise yourself with the company procedures around safety and wellbeing.
