Title: Software Engineer I

Location: Burlington

Responsibilities:

• Develop code to specs
• Develop regression tests
• Collaborate with cross functional team to address the bugs

The Team:

At Cadence, we have a dedicated team of self driven, self motivated engineers. We hold true to our motto of “One Cadence, One Team” and have a core belief in integrity and accountability. This team is developing Electronic Design Automation software focused on physical PCB and Package design.

Qualifications:

• New College Grad with BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other science/engineering related field.
• Strong communication skills with C/C++ is a must
• Developing API for Python and Tcl is desirable
• Strong analytical thinking  and ability to work independently on defined goal 
• Candidate is expected to work across different teams in different geographies
