Job Summary: Responsible for all nursing activities to include, but not limited to, wound care for patients, both direct and supervisory, and other clinical activities associated with providing patient care. Work is performed in accordance with Kentucky regulations for Registered Nurses, established hospital and wound center standards, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the hospital and Baptist Health Deaconess Wound Healing.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Associates degree from an accredited school of nursing. Current Kentucky State Board of Nursing license required. Successful completion of accredited Hyperbaric Oxygen education program within 6 months of hire. BCLS required with ACLS preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience as a RN with acute care, med/surg, or home health experience preferred.
