This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Off-cycle Intern position and Program Intern position.

Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
- Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
- Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master in HR or a related technical discipline
- Oriented with a passion for learning and development, and full enthusiasm for human resources-related work.
- Demonstrated understanding of the internet industry, previous work, or intern experience in HR is highly valued.
- Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills, a team player, and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
- Able to commit to working for at least 10 weeks.
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
