You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase the revenue and profitability of Yubico's reseller program by building and managing strong relationships with partners and optimizing channel performance by focusing on improving the end customer experience. You will be reporting to the Senior Director Mass Market Sales. <h3>Tasks and Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Responsible for operating and growing Yubico’s Official E-commerce Reseller program.</li><li>Identify and recruit new e-commerce resellers, and manage relationships with existing resellers to ensure program success.</li><li>Provide training and support to partners, including sales enablement, product information, and marketing collateral.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create scalable and effective marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention through the reseller channel.</li><li>Analyze reseller program performance and provide regular reporting to management, including insights and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities to the reseller program.</li></ul> <h3>Skills and Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in e-commerce, partner management, or business development, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth through reseller channels.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing and reporting on channel performance metrics.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in technology industries is a plus.</li><li>Ability to travel for work as needed.</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity and uphold an inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued.
