DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Hawaii Operations department of DMBA is hiring one Customer Support Representative to assist our participants on the phone and in person with member related questions and transactions. The Hawaii Operations department administers various health and financial benefits to organizations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Hawaiian Islands. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to all our valued customers including participants, providers, and employers.
Work Opportunity
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about and adept in delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The extensive knowledge of benefits gained in this role can open pathways for career advancement within the organization.
This role will be full-time in our Oahu office, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
The position includes a 12-week training program, which may be modified to fit the needs of the DMBA Hawaii office.

Minimum Requirements
- Some college experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in essential operations
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role
- Fluency in spoken Samoan, Tongan, Talalog, or other Pacific Rim language
