About the role

Join our dynamic People team as a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in integrating technology with strategy to support our growing teams. In this role, you’ll focus on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness by focusing on cutting-edge technologies like automation and AI to transform our recruitment practices. You'll partner with key cross-functional teammates to develop, drive, and influence technology roadmap, and implement and optimize recruitment tools focused on delivering an excellent experience to all stakeholders (recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, cross-functional partners). This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about leveraging technology for innovative recruiting solutions.

This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Develop and prioritize a technology roadmap for Talent Acquisition, emphasizing enhancements, integrations, automation, and AI.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of recruiting tools and systems.
  • Drive strategy for integrating advanced technologies in recruitment.
  • Ensure effective, objective, and thoughtful hiring processes in collaboration with company leaders and Talent Acquisition Managers.
  • Manage critical programs and projects with a strategic vision.

About you

  • 6+ years of experience in Recruiting or People Operations in tech-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data and process management tools.
  • Proven experience in change management and system/process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse and HRIS platforms like Workday.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. 

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $164,000 - $208,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
