Program Team Lead
Position Purpose
The Team Lead supports daily operations and ensures the needs of individuals served are met by upholding policies, driving performance, and fostering a high-quality, person-centered environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop care plans and provide emotional and behavioral support
- Advocate for residents and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Train staff in medication administration and performance expectations
- Conduct investigations and ensure policy compliance
- Promote safety and program quality through regular evaluations
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 1+ year, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, OR
- Associate degree/60 credits with 4+ years of direct experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive agency vehicles
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Current Act 33/34/73 Clearances
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Completion of Department of Public Welfare Medication Administration Training within 90 days of hire

- Non-exempt (hourly)
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
