Designing and delivering added value energy solutions is what we do.  </p> <p> </p> <p>If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. <strong>T.EN Italy Solutions</strong> is searching for a ELECTRICAL Engineer Senior, reporting directly to Engineering Head to join our team based in Italy, Rome Office.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Job</strong></p> <p>The role and your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Technical responsibility of Electrical Design </li> <li>Performing Design Calculations.</li> <li>Perform power system studies (short circuit, load flow, motor starting, arc flash, harmonic analysis) using ETAP or equivalent software.</li> <li>Coordination with other disciplines / entities.</li> <li>Developing study reports. Reviewing vendor documents.</li> </ul> <p>Main Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Electrical Design experience </li> <li>Design for HV, MV and LV power systems.</li> <li>Design for cable tray / earthing / lighting systems.</li> <li>Design and knowledge of ESP Surface Equipment like VDS / Output Transformers / MVD / HV,MV or LV Switchboards / UPS system, etc.</li> <li>Communication / coordination with PE / PMs</li> <li>Meeting quality and safety objectives of the project.</li> <li>Ensures timely internal and external reporting on engineering.</li> <li>Gathering design inputs based on field surveys before proceeding with engineering.</li> </ul> <p>Is expected to do business trips to attend technical meetings with Clients or Suppliers, visit Vendor workshops. Occasionally you will also Is expected follow up engineering activities related to the Electrical discipline directly on our sites, supporting erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.</p> <p> </p> <p>We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p>We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:</p> <p>Experience: 10+ years of experience in Electrical design and engineering of oil &amp; gas / large industrial projects</p> <p>Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred</p> <p>Well versed with ETAP Software</p> <p>Main Skills:</p> <p>Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with the design team in the resolution of project related issues, in an international and multi-cultural environment</p> <p>High interest with respect to the current Energy transition challenges and Digital transformation process</p> <p>Self-motivated, results oriented and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast paced multi-disciplinary team environment</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What’s next?</strong></p> <p>Forecast Starting Date: May/June 2024</p> <p>Once receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check and a review is further carried by hiring manager.
