Job Description
About the Role:
The Client Services Associate II is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, and Sales Representatives. The Client Services Associate II must possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all individuals, including external customers and internal Guardant Health personnel.
The shift will be Monday - Friday, 10:30am-7pm CDT or 8:30am-5pm PDT. Shift times may change depending on department needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the duties of a Client Services Associate II with a focus on exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide support for Quality Assurance and Training initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Serve as a mentor to junior Client Services Associates, fostering professional development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries from the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team and Client Services staff.
- Escalate issues or emerging trends to leadership for resolution.
- Support departmental initiatives such as managing expired kits, data cleanup, and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, along with relevant experience.
- 2-4 years experience working with customers within biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team comprising internal employees, contractors, and managers.
- Proven capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Demonstrates self-discipline, sound judgment, and independence in both office and remote work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility regarding work hours to meet operational needs.
Additional Information
Hybrid Work Model: At Guardant Health, we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The US hourly range for this full-time position is $23.54 to $32.37. The range does not include benefits and, if applicable, overtime, bonus, commission, or equity.
