The Project Manager will handle the workflow processes in ServiceNow and Appian for the Client Journey projects
This is a large scale and multi-year initiative that will improve the firm's client experience from start to end
The Project Manager will support initiative-level statuses, drive daily operations, and ensure appropriate stakeholders are present
The Project Manager escalates on administrative activities, risks, issues and obstacles quickly
Objectives, Reqs & Acceptance - Inception presentation, Budget allocation to be managed and Kickoff Meetings
General - Program Status & reporting, Dependency management, Risk & issue management, Change management, and Transition plans
Workflow Management: Ensure that workflows are configured and implemented to meet business needs, Manage and optimize workflow processes in Appian and ServiceNow platforms, and Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document process requirements

Skills Required:

Overall 10+ Years of Experience in IT driving project execution and stakeholder management
Have Minimum 5 years of driving Agile Ceremonies and projects in Institutional Business or Private Equity related Business
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing workflow processes using Appian and ServiceNow
Workflow Process Management and Workflow Optimization experience
Experience working within a Project Management Office or Transformation Office at an enterprise firm
Proficient in workflow configuration and management within Appian and ServiceNow
Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
