Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is an innovative and award-winning healthcare system, and we are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Express team. As an Express Clinic Provider at Jefferson Healthcare, you will have a deep and meaningful impact on the close-knit community that we serve. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced provider to join our team and to provide independent, same-day care to patients of all ages. Our patients present with a variety of medical conditions ranging from colds and flu to sprains, possible fractures, lacerations, and work-related injuries. You will see, daily, the difference you make in our patients our neighbor's lives. We love where we work and can't wait to show you!

What are we looking for?

• Two years of experience required
• Enjoys the fast pace of a walk-in clinic
• Self-motivated and comfortable being the sole provider in a walk-in clinic
• Epic EMR Experience
• A desire to live in a rural community
