Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in real time during virtual or recorded consultations.
• Transcribe medical histories, physical exam findings, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
• Manage and update electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
• Assist in generating patient notes, referrals, and medical summaries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, medical sciences, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Prior experience as a medical scribe or transcriptionist is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and EHR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
