As an Audio Software Intern in the Dolby Consumer Entertainment Group, you be part of a team that enables Dolby’s partners to design and build world class living room entertainment products based on a new generation of Dolby Technologies. This role is for Enhanced Consumer Devices and Innovation team. Innovation is at the core of this team’s mission.
Responsibilities:

Work on acoustics and audio algorithm development for Dolby Atmos.

Work on spatial audio rendering technologies.

Develop and maintain software tools.

Assist in prototyping audio systems such as TV, soundbars, smart speakers etc.

Build test tools which measure acoustic performance of consumer entertainment products that include premium Dolby technologies.

Review system architectures and system behaviors

occasionally work on Dolby Vision system integration.
Requirements:
-
M.S. or P.H.D in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

Coursework or internship experience in audio related industries
-
Strong Understanding of audio signal processing.

Experience in backend or full stack software development.

1 year of software development experience in C++ and Python with data structures/algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications:

MS or PHD with a focus in Acoustics, Signal Processing or Deep Learnin
