Job Description

This Senior Business Analyst position is an integral member of the Enterprise Production team and will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing & supporting several platforms across the Film portfolio. Primarily focusing on Production to Post-Production and Production finance, the Business Analyst will drive future solutions from design to implementation yielding great opportunities to apply & grow skill sets across a wide variety of initiatives.

The Senior Business Analyst will:

• Serve as a point of contact between business partners and Technology Teams.
• Design engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals.
• Understand & communicate business goals.
• Architect and build cost-efficient, scalable cloud environments for the organization.
• Be the Subject matter expert (SME) for the business domain and provide business requirements and business cases to the engineering & product teams. 
• Possess systems analysis, data modeling and interface architecture understanding Create and execute test cases.
• Organize requirements, business cases and supplemental support documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Provide training, demos and business support & guidance.
• Provide/Ensure strategic technology solutions, enabling the business to accelerate critical decision-making as we deliver best in class solutions and services.
• Manage 3rd party SAAS application vendors, ensuring that identified requirements are met and delivered with high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in documenting business requirements on projects, system enhancements and defects.
• 3+ years minimum experience with asset management, content management, or digital dailies systems & processes.
• 3+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud solutions.
• 3+ years experience in testing enhancements and defect remediation or leading test teams.
• 3+ years experience creating engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify business needs and priorities across different lines of businesses.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Creative problem solver and team player.
• Experience with SalesForce applications & support
• Experience in collaborating with technology partners to drive solutions and leverage enterprise capabilities within determined timelines including system integrations and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with technology teams including security, infrastructure and additional service providers as needed.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to determine strategy, solutions, requirements, priorities and timelines to fulfill and accelerate business processes.
• Set expectations and communicate approach, timelines, risks, and progress with stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and executing test strategies.
