Job Description

We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to ensure the successful execution of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects

  • Implement and promote project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches

  • Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and change control processes

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective stakeholder communication

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery practices and team performance

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 7+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a project leadership role

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets

Preferred:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience leading complex IT project portfolios

  • Knowledge of both traditional and Agile delivery frameworks

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
