Position Overview:

Provides support to the Strategy and Business Development Team in shaping and advancing business development through execution of variety of strategic transactions including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), diversification, joint ventures, management agreements, and joint operating agreements. This role requires the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in due diligence, data and financial analysis, valuations, deal process management and a strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory issues.

Job Description:

Candidate will come on site for meetings, work, etc. On site work will be a minimum of three days a week.


EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field



TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
 

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, consulting and/or healthcare finance.

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred but not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships.

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling

• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work effectively with physicians, medical professionals, staff patients and the community.

• Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; ability to develop and conduct presentations to groups.

• Ability to manage cross functional project teams.

• Demonstrated skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and physicians.

• Problem identification, analysis and resolution skills.

Pay Range is $66.99 to $100.49 / hour. Sacramento Pay Range is $58.95 to $88.43 / hour.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package. ​
