Work you’ll do 

• Analyze and assess the business needs of the client to find the best solution for the client.
• Responsibilities include gathering system requirements, building application specification documents, drawing flow charts, designing application architecture, implementing modernized application design, and testing features before release.
• Hands-on experience in developing software with agile or scrum methodologies and are ready to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Interact with the customer and internal teams to Identify and analyze requirements for development purposes.

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Active Top Secret security clearance required 
• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• 3+ years working as a part of an Agile Development Team
• 3+ years of experience leading junior developers
