Customer Support Associate (m/v/x)

Your mission

●Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat ●Providing technical and non-technical support services ●Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM / Ticket system ●Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues 

Your profile

Experience in customer service or technical support ●Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently ●Customer-oriented mindset and team skills ●Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German and English (French would be advantageous)
