You’ll play a key role in advancing product innovations and supporting strategic technical initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in mechanical or chemical engineering and experience in experimental testing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in advancing product innovations and supporting strategic technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute testing activities to support product development goals.
- Design and manage test plans, timelines, and experimental approaches.
- Analyze data and collaborate with senior R&D members to evaluate results and feasibility.
- Participate in project reviews and present technical findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with advancements in automotive and fuels technology, as well as market trends.
- Promote and adhere to safety procedures in all laboratory and work activities.
- Ensure documentation meets ISO and quality system standards.
- Support intellectual property activities such as patent filings and competitive reviews.
- Represent the organization at technical conferences and industry events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a research and development environment.
- Proven ability to analyze technical data and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
