The Warehouse Supervisor supervises warehouse employees and processes, and responsible for warehouse service delivery. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
The Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Manages all warehouse functions, maintaining a cost effective, customer supportive level of materials
* Supervises department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
* Ensures units are inventoried and material delivered from the warehouse to the hospital and throughout the hospital
* Utilizes multiple automated inventory management systems to evaluate reports, makes management decisions for adjusting stock levels in compliance with management objectives
* Maintains administrative responsibility for automated Point of Use System, and Materials Management System adding, deleting, maintaining adequate inventory levels
* Collaborates with Materials Management Manager and other key personnel to develop and carry-out training programs
* Maintains time and attendance records
* Participates in daily facility level huddles in manager's absence
The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Manager Distribution Center This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Requires use of material handling equipment, such as forklift, 26,000 GVW truck, van, etc. within the warehouse, and between the warehouse and metro hospitals. * 2-year Technical Degree preferred
* Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification
* 3 years' experience in inventory management in a warehouse setting, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
