Haxtun Health is seeking a Family Practice Physician to join our team in northeastern Colorado. This clinic-based role provides the opportunity to help build and deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative rural healthcare environment. No productivity requirement and no required call shifts.  Willingness to be a complete healthcare team player that contributes to the overall organizational culture for the optimum patient outcomes.

Who We're Looking For: 


MD/DO (Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine preferred)
Holds or can obtain Colorado medical license & DEA certification
Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS (or willing to obtain)
Passionate about rural healthcare & team-based patient care
Preference given to provider qualified to additionally fill the organization’s Chief of Staff Role.


Additional: Additional compensation opportunities available for call shifts, and any additional open roles such as EMS Director, Chief of Staff.
