Senior Manager/Business Relationships

As a Full Time Senior Manager of Business Relationships, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and managing business banking loan and deposit portfolios. This individual retains and strengthens current business relationships as well as develops new business through cross-sales and working referrals. The SMBR will play a key role in aligning commercial lending strategies with organizational goals, leveraging treasury management technologies, managing CUSO relationships, and enhancing member experience. This role involves recommending and implementing strategic goals, evaluating deposit and lending relationships, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

To excel as the Senior Manager of Business Services, a vast understanding of MBL Policies, State and Federal regulations, including the NCUA 723 regulation, for proper business management and compliance is essential. Strong and effective interpersonal skills is also needed to listen effectively, resolve problems, determine the needs of others, and manage internal and external relationships.

With a minimum of 5 years in commercial lending, new business development and/or commercial credit, you will bring a strong understanding of business loan portfolios of up to $50 Million. Demonstrated track record of prospecting and securing new business relationships is required.
