As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
• Providing oversight and mentoring team members that you will be working with directly.
• Delegating work along to the right employees that you would see fit.
• Being able to choose and make informed technology decisions after due diligence and impact assessments are completed.
• Understanding the whole product, its services, and the interrelationship between them while being an expert in the assigned component or service.
• Designing interfaces and information exchange between services.
• Serving as a SME on one or more major services, working closely with support and infrastructure services in troubleshooting customer and operational issues.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have a minimum of 8 additional years of experience as a professional.
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
• Be able to understand operating systems, networks, and the best tools used to diagnose problems to validate solutions.
