In the Legal Team, you’ll support key initiatives by providing proactive legal guidance that aligns business goals with regulatory standards. Your work will help mitigate risks and ensure we’re positioned for sustainable, long-term success—making you a key contributor to our mission of delivering amazing experiences worldwide.</p><p>You will be part of the Group Corporate Law team based in Berlin, overseeing corporate matters for our subsidiaries across 70+ countries. Our team ensures group-wide corporate governance, handles day-to-day corporate matters, implements group financing, and leads global restructurings and group optimization initiatives.</p><ul><li><p>Serve as one of the primary points of contact for corporate legal matters across the group’s subsidiaries worldwide.</p></li><li><p>Lead and/or support capital increases-decreases, share transfers, pledges, restructurings, and other corporate lifecycle events.</p></li><li><p>Act as an independent legal project manager for debt restructurings, internal reorganizations, and more complex cross-border cash upstreams.</p></li><li><p>Develop, implement, and continuously improve global legal (mainly corporate governance and corporate legal) processes, policies, and documentation standards.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate extensively with finance, tax, treasury, and local legal teams on cash pooling, dividend planning, and legal entity maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, playbook development, and the design and delivery of corporate process and governance policy trainings to ensure group-wide awareness and compliance.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Qualified lawyer with <strong>6-10 years of post-qualification </strong>experience, ideally in a multinational in-house environment and/or top-tier law firm. Strong background in Corporate Law, M&amp;A, or Corporate Finance. </p></li><li><p>Track record of independently managing <strong>international corporate structures</strong> and/or cross-border legal projects.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of financial statements, <strong>complex structures</strong>, including debt instruments, cash pooling, capital reserves, and upstreaming. Experience with <strong>debt,  pledges, notarial/legalization processes, board management</strong>, and legal entity compliance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic thinker</strong> with strong organizational and execution skills. Demonstrated ability to <strong>streamline processes</strong> and drive operational efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management at senior levels: ability to provide effective counselling to senior management, translate complex legal issues into commercially relevant insights, and propose solutions that balance legal rigor with business objectives.</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluency in English</strong> is required; <strong>Fluency in Spanish</strong> is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
