Staffing Sales Representative

Libra Staffing is hiring for a Sales Representative to join our team!

Starting salary is between $66,000 and $70,000 annually, plus great commission opportunities!

Your day to day will include:

• Manage and grow a designated sales territory
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide exceptional account management to existing clients
• Conduct outside sales visits to build relationships with clients

Requirements

• 3+ years of staffing sales experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer and written communication skills
• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Comfortable with pre-employment background screening
• Reliable transportation to make it to work daily
