Join the mission as Sales Enablement Manager. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the design, build, training, and continual evaluation of the sales enablement program for a specific set of offerings. Your goal is to implement and influence change empowering the sales team to drive meaningful impact on revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Account Executives, Sales Operations and other cross-departmental SMEs to build scalable programs that drive offering-specific sales
- Design tailored programs for a specific set of offerings, build content and sales motions, implement (train), and continually evaluate and incorporate feedback into your Sales Enablement program
- Lead implementation and rollout of new enablement technology tools
- Ensure adoption of content, processes, and tools
- Drive strategy that is linked to a desired learning outcome
- Lead planning and coordination of sales events (QBRs, SKO, etc.)
Requirements:
- Based in Twin Cities
- 2-5 years of SaaS Sales Enablement experience
- Has held a quota-carrying role in the past
- Is able to think conceptually as well as operationalize strategies
- Ability to create content based on learning and development best practices, methodologies, and principles
- Experienced in creating visually compelling training and presentation materials
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and collaborate with technical SMEs to create effective training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understands consultative selling or value selling principles (or other similar methodologies)
- Experienced with SaaS tech stacks, ability to streamline workflows, and provide insights for strategic revenue growth
- Background in cybersecurity a plus
LOCATION: Minneapolis, Hybrid but able to come into office when needed
