POSITION SUMMARY:                                  

The Sr Director, ERP Applications is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and implementation of ERP application systems within the organization. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, collaborating with various departments and business partners, and ensuring that the ERP applications align with the company's business objectives and operational needs.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the strategic plan for ERP applications, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Team & Organizational Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including managers and Business Systems Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Serve as a key member of the Enterprise Applications leadership team as well as the broader global IT leadership team by contributing to broader departmental outcomes and success.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of ERP solution projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, with agreed to capabilities, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand their needs and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • System Stability: Ensure system up-time and create an environment that places a high importance on system reliability in a business that depends on ERP systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure the successful implementation and operation of ERP applications.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage capital and expense budgets effectively, maximizing the use of company financial resources.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and user experience of ERP applications.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Location: Denver, CO
  • Environment: Standard office environment, onsite at Corporate HQ

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and collaborate with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering an execution-oriented, collaborative and innovative work environment.
