Service Account Manager (english version)

Your Day as a Service Account Manager:

It’s hard to say with 100% certainty. One moment you’re coordinating a service request for the upgrade of a pouch handling system, the next moment you have a customer on the phone. After regular maintenance, the line goes down and the customer urgently needs remote support to get the line up and running again. You arrange the right people for the job!

As a Service Account Manager, you are the internal and external point of contact for service-related issues. You analyze the customer’s needs, consult with the technical support team about the best solution, and check whether the customer is satisfied with our advice.

Luckily, you’re not alone. Together with your service colleagues, you make improvement proposals to increase the service level and efficiency of the department. You have plenty of ideas to expand our service portfolio.

Presentation skills? You’re eager to showcase them! Tomorrow, you’ll travel to a customer in Hungary to discuss the Lan service program with the local service and maintenance team. In this way, you contribute to customer satisfaction and service growth.

How You Get Things Moving:

• MBO or HBO education in a commercial or business administration direction.
• > 5 years of work experience and affinity with a technical work environment.
• Knowledge of or experience in machine construction or the packaging industry is a plus.
• Good command of the English language (both written and spoken).
