Team & Role
The Quality Engineering Program Management team, which is part of ServiceNow’s Release Management team, takes large, company-wide, highly visible programs from vision to release. We facilitate ServiceNow’s overall release process through key partnerships with technology and business stakeholders. We work hard to ensure high quality on-time releases that delight our customers.
This position reports to: Senior. Manager, Quality Engineering Program Management
You will lead the Quality Engineering (QE) Program Management team within Release Management which consists of 4 primary job functions:
- QE Program Management – Ensure the successful delivery of QE programs. Delight our business partners and stakeholders with strong execution that achieves program objectives and creates meaningful business outcomes.
- Analytics / Insights - Provide business insights and recommendations to our executive team and leaders throughout ServiceNow to fundamentally improve how we serve our stakeholders.
- Process Improvement – Bring thought leadership to create a vision of the future for the team. Use that vision to drive process improvement efforts that streamline existing processes, evolve the “playbook”, and scale operations.
- Management – Manage a team of engaged and motivated Program Managers and Analysts.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- A desire to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced environment and adapts well to change; can act with urgency.
- Excellent leadership and proven people skills.
- Experience delivering and running large scale programs.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and independently, utilizing data and facts to validate those decisions.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization and across all functions.
- Data analysis capabilities to use data to drive business outcomes and validate solutions.
- Experience with Cloud services / SaaS products is desirable.
- PMP, Six Sigma and/or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience program management that include 3+ years of global people management.
- Driving Quality Engineering initiatives.
- Coordinating testing for large scale releases.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally off
