Laundry/Cleaning Supervisor

Description

GoodNight Stay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry/Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laundry and cleaning services. 

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of laundry and cleaning vendors

- Ensure that all laundry and cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain inventory 

- Train new staff members on laundry and cleaning procedures

- Ensure that all laundry and cleaning equipment is properly maintained and serviced

- Monitor and maintain quality control standards

- Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

- Manage schedules and assign tasks to staff and vendors

- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in laundry and cleaning services

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of laundry and cleaning procedures and equipment

- Ability to train and motivate staff members

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
