About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions within the Guidewire DataMart.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement data integration and ETL processes using Azure cloud
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data platforms.
- Optimize data workflows and performance to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
- Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- 10+ years of experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- 3+ years of strong expertise in data management and integration in Guidewire software
- Proven experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Azure
- Experience with other cloud platforms and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
