We seek an exceptional individual to join our team as the Central Development Administrative Analyst (Administrative Analyst/Specialist - Non-Exempt). Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Central Development, the Analyst will perform day-to-day administrative, analytical, technical, and operational duties for the AVP for Central Development office and oversee a vast array of administrative and operational functions in support of the Central Development department including organize, prepare and prioritize communications and the schedule of the AVP. Plan and oversee AVP events for Central Development including annual retreats, quarterly, monthly and weekly meetings and prepare minutes and reports, as necessary. Assist in planning and executing Resource Development Committee events including arranging logistics, parking and catering. Plan and execute donor meetings and events as necessary. Analyzes and supports the annual budget for the Central Development department. Under the direction of management, provides lead oversight to other department staff on university, division and department policies and procedures. Provide monthly budget updates and reports. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and/or the equivalent training and administrative work experience involving the study, analysis, evaluation, development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices or programs. Working knowledge of the general practices, program or administrative specialty. Basic knowledge of and the ability to apply fundamental concepts. Working knowledge of budget policies and procedures.
