Senior Business Analyst

• Analysis and documentation of Business requirement, Business model and Business process analysis
• Interactions with business stakeholders and with the IT teams as well as a strong participation in business and/or functional working groups
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plan and Risk analysis
• Preparing and writing business analysis and speaking to business and technical audiences
• Applying high quality standards in the IS quality control procedures
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Able to participate in multi-lingual meetings

Requirements

• Masters degree + 13 years of IT experience Or Bachelor + 17 years of IT experience
• 2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools
• 2 years of experience as Product Owner in an agile software development process
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience in web technologies
• Experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling);
• Experience in UX analysis
• Prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative site
• Very good level of English (B2 minimum)
